NOTE: This model is identified in the "Complete Price Guide to Watches" as the Ambassador. A rectangular model with matching enamel design has been identified in a vintage advertisement as the Windsor (1928 Windsor). These models may refer to the Ambassador bridge, which was built between 1927 - 1929 and connected Detroit, Michigan to Windsor, Ontario, Canada. At the time, the bridge was the longest expansion bridge in the world and was extremely important to travel and commerce between the US and Canada.
