NOTES: This watch has been tentatively ID'd as the Francine based on crystal specs. This crystal is listed in G-S Catalog 1937 as being used by the Minerva and the Francine. We have ads that show us the Minerva (1930 Minerva), so I'm going with Francine on this one.
This is the latest example of a movement serial number that I have seen. The movement is clearly marked with the date symbol for 1934, and there is no other date code on the movement. It is possible that the movement dates to 1925, which is the other logical possibility for a movement with the circle date symbol. 1925 is the first year the 6AF movement has been seen.
